Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

1. To support Talent Acquisition for the Business units of Formulation /QA/QC/Pharmaceuticals & Biologics.
2. To support Line Management in terms of resource planning, defining the HR processes of the business units, responsibility for managing business unit/s.
3. To achieve the HR & Business strategic objectives; as set out in the business plan.
4. To act as business partner and lead Organizational Change such as design, defining roles & responsibilities, Talent Management & managing attrition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition:

To plan and strategies hiring of resources for the business unit.
To have update to date information on budgeted numbers and act as a one point of contact for hiring managers.
To involve in selection of candidates for the respective business units.
Responsible for the delivery with the agreed TAT.
Knowledge on SAP E recruitment process and MS excel is mandatory.
To conduct periodic weekly recruitment review with business units and plan for hiring of resources.
To prepare monthly MIS / Dashboards for the Business units.
