Job Description

The incumbent would be responsible for providing general administration support to the FSAI office bearers in North India and would be responsible for coordination of events and Marcomm activities and would be the focal point of contact and communication for the association members. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Membership Targets: The annual goal for each Chapter Executive would encompass of Individual and Corporate Membership as per stipulated targets mentioned. This should be accompanied with adequate follow ups towards membership drive and conducting of events at appropriate intervals.

Renewals: All renewals should be tracked and collected within three months post due date, thereby reducing the risk of loss in memberships/ revenue for the association. The Chapters would receive a consolidated statement specifying the renewal status, which would be circulated during the beginning of every month.

Webinars: The Chapter Executives need to target at conducting at least one webinar in a month, with adequate coverage given to all prospective members. The Chapter needs to ensure appropriate topics are presented, which would ensure active members participation in the Webinars.

Core Committee Meetings: Each Chapter Executive needs to aim at conducting One Core Committee Meeting every month (twelve meetings annually). The working committee has to plan the future course of action on the Chapter requirements and scheduling of events. Also, maintenance of attendance record and minutes of the meeting are mandatory requirements for every meeting, which could be analyzed and future necessary actions could be taken basis the outcome.

Network Meetings: The Chapter Executive has the responsibility to conduct atleast Two Networking Meet for its members per year. Adequate sponsorships for these events should be generated in line to meet the expenses.
Strategic Initiative Program: The SIP targets have to be focused at Schools, Societies, Corporate etc., in order to get adequate coverage and to ensure building future scope, for the society. The Chapter Executive needs to support the national team towards generating sponsorships and take ownership.

Knowledge Series/ Training Workshops: Each Chapter has to ensure completion of four Knowledge Series/ Training Workshops in a year. The responsibility on the Chapter Executive is to ensure co-ordination and maximum registrations are done. The Chapter Executive needs to play the role of anchoring the Corporate and Individual Members towards active participation, for each of these events.

Maintaining Office Decorum: All Chapter Executives have to abide by the rules and regulations regarding working hours at office and ensure that they report to the respective Chapter President/ Secretary/ National Executive on a daily basis.
Reports: All reports (weekly and monthly) should be sent on time to the respective co-ordinates so that the timelines on the pan India report does not get affected. All Chapter Executives need to contribute and complement each other while National/ Regional events are being conducted in order to ensure success of the event. A brief writeup on events conducted at Chapter level needs to be circulated amongst all the Chapters.
