Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our sales department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
Preferably who is good with achieving sales targets and keep a track of the targets on a daily basis.

Timings can be flexible as

09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
02:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
08:00 PM - 5:00 AM.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The management will expect you to work with a high standard of
initiative, efficiency and economy.
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the team force to
develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is
achieved with monthly targets.
Follow developed business strategy to position brand in the market.
Participating in professional societies and must follow and develop
sales forecasts.
Should be Responsible for assigning work to the team and make
them to send reports on the same.
Must investigate and analyze competitors to identify new sales
opportunities that help in develop products, promotional strategy
and pricing to succeed in the marketplace. Identifies product
improvements or new products by remaining current industry
trends, market activities, and competitors.
They must present work report of their team to his Reporting
Manager by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Must ensure that the team is working productively to generate
result and develop required strategies.
Contributes in team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
Develop and follow up on business leads, advice the representatives
on ways to improve their performance.
Generate numbers for company to determine if goals have been
met.
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target,
aligning with company policies and strategies.
Prepare reporting as needed.
And other Business Development Activities.
