About The Role
The Director, Engineering is passionate about building complex, secure and high-quality software. This role will work effectively across multiple disciplines, possess an open and collaborative work style and can translate business objectives into functional and nonfunctional requirements
How You\'ll Make An Impact
Work effectively with product managers, development teams, and senior management to allocate development resources, while balancing current client needs with the long-term product roadmap
Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex technical projects related web development, data analytics, third-party integrations and back-end services
Implement processes and metrics to ensure the software development teams are efficient, and track progress to goals
Investigate and resolve software quality issues
