Skills: • Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks -- 5 years recent experience • Knowledge of all aspects of payroll from processing to tax filings • Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities • Experience with complete accounting life cycle including purchase orders, invoicing, A/P, A/R, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, multi-state sales tax preparation & reporting, full payroll processing from setup to quarterly returns, and able to understand financial statements • Ability to prioritize tasks, meeting various deadlines • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision • MUST be well organized and detail orientated • Ability to professionally interface with vendors and customers over the phone and via email • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills • Familiar with online banking, online bill payments, online report filing, and tax payments • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and especially Excel) • Able to start immediately • Be willing to listen carefully, adjust and learn • Understand the importance of proper work papers and documentation • Continually pursue excellence in your technical and interpersonal skills • Must be energetic and have an out-going personality • Must possess a "WILL-DO" attitude
