Right now we need a Manager, Sales Planning& Analysis – Someone who will help drive, educate and strategically align our sales team profit objectives. This person will be tasked to support a sales area, providing category insights, identify gaps and growth opportunities based on evolving data and actionable market& shopper insights. Someone who always strives for continual improvement in finding a better way!
As a Manager of Sales Planning& Analysis you will own product forecasting for your respective sales area - working with sales leadership to accurately forecast sales and develop tactical plans to close gaps to budget. You will also, work hand in hand with the Sales Leadership Team to drive traffic, increase basket rings, and grow margin.“Turn data into dollars“- develop and publish automated dashboard that deliver actionable insights in a simple and presentable way at the Point of Sale.
Areas of responsibilities& duties include but are not limited to:
Support the Sales Leadership Team to drive demand and profitable growth through the identification and communication of actionable market& shopper insights: Drive Traffic, Grow Basket Ring, Margin Growth
Work with the Sales Team to forecast monthly sales identify gaps to budget and help provide gap closing opportunities.
Develop and publish automate dashboard reports that deliver actionable insights in a simple and presentable way at the Point of Sales. No need to reformat before presenting.
Provide monthly syndicated data reports
Lead the Annual Business Plan process for the Sales Team
Serve as a contributor, supporting the Data& Presentation needs for the periodic Demand Meetings
Prepare brand, sales& market specific intelligence with the respective RVP/RGM/ASM for profitability and Objective& Key Results (OKR) recommendations
Support the Chain Directors with Category Planning& Analysis for profit attainment - help Identify and exploit pockets of Margin Growth
Maintain Integrity to sales hierarchy changes and approval process
Quantify& assess sales financial investment objectives& analysis
Assess, report& analyze OKR’s across the chain divisions
Provide key OKR reporting across all investment spending
Build, collate& maintain sales related data& reporting for the business units.
